About:

Francis Cavaco is a man on a mission with the goal of having Seekonk's government be accountable to all of it's citizens for the fiscal and social policies made.  He strongly believes that, "the time for Seekonk to come to grips with the economic impacts of runaway taxes and spending is long overdue."

In addition to being a fiscal conservative,  Francis Cavaco insists that elected officials take responsibility for their decision. While he remains firm that the taxpayers should not be made to turn over so many of their family's funds, he recognizes that families are in a better position than government to determine their needs.

As a husband, Selectman Cavaco understands the concerns of Seekonk families and wants to ensure that the opportunities that exist are equally available to all of Seekonk's citizens.

Selectman Cavaco proudly served his country as a soldier in the United States Army , and then as a reservist.
